He was patient with us and never made us feel rushed, even though we toured at least a dozen homes before we put an offer on "the one". Once it was time to place that offer, he was knowledgeable and put us at ease. He knew the market well and he was able to guide us towards an offer that was competitive yet still reasonable. He was conscientious of our budget. We got the house! He was also very available while we were anxiously awaiting close; he found us a bank with a great mortgage rate and helped us get answers to our questions from the sellers. He and his team have been true professionals all the way through, and he is just a great guy as well! Would definitely recommend it, and will be using them again the next time we are buying or selling."

They listened to my goals, they understood what I wanted to accomplish and they were relentless in making sure that those goals and objectives were met. The listing process was seamless, the showings went without a hitch, and the sale happened on time (and quite quickly). Most importantly, I never felt like a client. I wasn't just "one of many".
