What I'm Watching...
**Screen Time Highlights**
Viewer discretion is advised as 'Sisu' packs the punch of a John Wick adventure set in a Quentin Tarantino-esque universe. I recently had a rare quiet evening to myself and decided to delve into this adrenaline-fueled film. It's a captivating experience with a storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat. By the way, for those curious, 'sisu' is a Finnish term that embodies extraordinary determination, resilience, and courage in the face of adversity – a perfect descriptor for the intense journey this movie takes you on!

Where I'm Dining...
**Meal Prep Magic**
With a hectic schedule this week, Topset Meals in Portland, has been a lifesaver. Their real food options have kept us fueled and ready to tackle the day. If you're in need of a reliable meal prep service, I highly recommend giving them a try! Check out their website HERE. Weekly menu's are released every Friday at Noon.

What The Kids Are Up To...
**Family Fun Time** It was an action-packed weekend for my son's Casco Bay Ice Hockey team at the Leprechaun Tournament. With 8 games over two days, the kids put in a tremendous effort, culminating in a hard-fought loss in the semifinals to the Casco Bay Wilds team. My son contributed with some key assists, and I couldn't be prouder of their performance. With hockey season wrapped up, we're gearing up for one final weekend of skiing. The slopes are calling, and it looks like we're in for some fantastic spring skiing!

What I'm Reading...
**Literary Escapes** Currently diving into "Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell. It's a fascinating exploration of success and the factors that contribute to it. One concept that's really got me thinking is the idea of the "10,000-Hour Rule" – the notion that it takes roughly 10,000 hours of practice to achieve mastery in a field. It's a thought-provoking read that's giving me plenty of insights to ponder.
